It will be the financial center of Egypt, as it contains the financial and business district, which will include the headquarters. The basic idea of ​​the project aims to create an Egyptian city with international standards.

The total area of ​​the city is about 170,000 acres (688 km²), which is larger than the area of ​​Singapore and four times larger than the city of Washington, the capital of the United States of America.

The Administrative Capital plan includes three stages:

The Downtown area is considered a huge investment area located on an area of ​​1,364 acres divided into 5 neighborhoods, which includes a large number of vital centers and government sectors, which has made it a destination for investors and the destination of many entrepreneurs. Seventh: Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in the Administrative Capital

The Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ is located east of the Expo Grounds project, on an area of ​​15 acres south of the Central Park in the New Administrative Capital. It is the largest cathedral in the Middle East, accommodating 8,200 people.

The cathedral consists of two major and minor churches, an events hall, two sub-halls, baptismal and rest rooms, a control room, the papal headquarters, the People’s Church, and an open theatre.

Eighth: City of Arts and Culture in the New Administrative Capital
